SUPPORTIVE UNDERWEAR THAT'S ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE.
Offers gentle lift and reliable support to ease daily discomfort.
HYDROCELE SUPPORT THAT FEELS GOOD.
Whether you’re living with a hydrocele or recovering from a hydrocelectomy, chances are you’ve been told to wear supportive underwear to help relieve discomfort and reduce pressure.
Traditionally, that’s meant a few less-than-ideal options: A jockstrap (bulky and not exactly office-friendly), compression shorts (hello, squishing), or a medical-looking garment that costs too much for temporary use.
Underwear For Men features a unique pouch design that provides lift and support in a breathable fabric, proving that support and comfort is possible!
The best part? You’ll keep reaching for UFM post-recovery for support at work, at the gym, or wherever life takes you.

Hydrocele FAQ
Which type of pouch is best for hydrocele?
We recommend starting with our REG Support Pouch. It’s our most popular style and offers a larger, roomier pouch that tends to be more comfortable for hydroceles.
Which material should I choose, Bamboo or Polyester?
We generally recommend Bamboo (Viscose) since it is velvety soft and ideal for resting or relaxed wear.
If your doctor specifically recommended compression, then we recommend Polyester for a slightly firmer fit.
What if I have a VERY LARGE hydrocele?
Hang in there, you are not alone. For larger hydroceles, check out our pouch expansion guide.
Should I get Briefs or Boxer Briefs for Hydrocele?
We usually recommend boxer briefs (trunks, 6 inch, or 9 inch) since all of these styles feature a stretchy, breathable mesh pouch.
The pouch on our briefs, on the other hand, is made from the same material as the body of the underwear (either Polyester or Bamboo Viscose).
