1. SPONSOR: The "Free Pair Friday" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by UFM Underwear for Men, located at https://ufmunderwear.com ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals worldwide where permitted by local law who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of UFM Underwear for Men, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Prize value is stated in U.S. Dollars (USD). International winners are responsible for any additional international shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted each week starting on Friday at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ending on Friday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, You must follow the instructions provided on the official UFM Underwear for Men Facebook page. Generally, entry involves engaging with the designated "Free Pair Friday" post (e.g., liking and/or commenting) during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Required Hashtags / FTC Disclosure: To help comply with FTC endorsement and disclosure guidance and to help Sponsor track entries, entries must include the hashtag #UFMcontest in the comment used to enter. (If the weekly post requires a specific word or prompt, include #UFMcontest in that same comment.) Entries missing #UFMcontest may be disqualified.
- Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Using multiple accounts, identities, or devices to attempt to circumvent these Rules may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. PRIZES: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive one (1) UFM Underwear for Men electronic gift card valued at $30.00 USD (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30.00 USD.
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any shipping fees associated with the use of the gift card. Any and all other prize-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor. Winner will be notified via Facebook Direct Message or a reply to their winning comment within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU: By entering, You give Sponsor permission to use: (a) the text of your entry/comment (or a short quote from it), and (b) your first name and the first initial of your last name, for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes (for example, on Sponsor’s social media pages and website). Sponsor will not use your portrait, voice, likeness, or other personal content unless you explicitly include that content in your entry (for example, a photo or video you choose to post). No additional compensation will be provided for these uses, where permitted by law.
9. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service.
11. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
