At UFM Underwear, we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why every pair of UFM Underwear is backed by our 1-Year Warranty.

If your underwear develops a defect within one year of the purchase date, we're here to help.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur within one year of purchase, including:

  • Rips or tears in the fabric

  • Seam failures

  • Stitching defects

  • Other workmanship-related issues

If you experience any of these issues, you may be eligible for a free replacement.

How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?

To request a replacement, please email sales@ufmunderwear.com with the following:

  1. A photo clearly showing the defect

  2. Your order number

  3. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

What Happens After I Submit My Claim?

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
